Frequently Asked Questions
How must does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders £100 and over. The delivery charge for orders under £100 is £5.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to any address in England, Scotland and Wales. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or overseas
Do you have any additional charges for the Highlands and Islands?
No, there are no additional charges for addresses in these areas.
What couriers do you use?
We only use Royal Mail and Parcel Force 48 hour services. All parcels are tracked. You will be sent tracking information once your order is dispatched.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day. At busy times dispatch may take up to 3 working days. Please also allow 48 hours for delivery. Our working days are Tuesday – Friday.
What happens if I want to return my item?
If you want to return an item please contact us so that this can be arranged. Returns can only be accepted if the item is unused, still has all of its original packaging and is in a sellable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. You have 14 days to return an item.
Are there any items that I cannot return?
We are unable to accept returns on earrings and toiletries.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
All items are checked before despatch and carefully packed. All goods should be checked upon receipt and in the unlikely event any item arrives damaged we should be notified of this by email, info@halfmooninteriors.co.uk. Emails should contain your order number, a description of the issue and a photograph of the fault/damage. We will then assess this and if the item(s) is to be returned we will email you a prepaid postage label. You should notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your items.
